About Us
People love to receive letters, but it’s just not easy to write and post them in this day and age, when phones have made communication
so much faster and simpler. So then how would people receive letters if no one’s writing them?
EasyDaak has been started to keep letters alive. The functional aspect of letter writing got better with emails because they were faster and smoother. But the personal
(and beautiful) part got lost, and that’s what we aim to bring back

The Team
My co-founder, Saurabh, is an engineer by education, and an entrepreneur by heart. He has successfully made a strong place for eco friendly stationery in the Indian market through his company bioQ eco solutions, and believes that good design can change the world. In fact, that’s also why we met – because bioQ had the best eco pens in the market when Battees was looking for a pen for its postcard kit!
My co-founder, Shivani, is a product designer by education, and also the co-founder of Battees, which has been promoting letter and postcard writing since 2013. She has been passionately working towards re-establishing the relevance of handwritten communication for the last 8 years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will anyone from EasyDaak read my letter?
No. Since we are not re-typing or re-writing your letter, we don’t have to read it to send it. EasyDaak has a strict rule to maintain the privacy of content of letters sent.
Is it possible that my letter will get lost?
“Speed post will not get lost, but if undelivered, it will get returned. You can add your return address on all your letters. If undelivered to the addressee, it will come back to the return address. This may happen if no one was at home, or for any reason if the postman could not deliver it in 2-3 attempts.
For international senders (outside India) we will have to put our Delhi office address for return (because the post office won’t allow an international return address), but we will keep your name before it so the recipient knows who sent it!”
What if the letter does not get delivered and comes back?
If you notify us that the letter came back and did not get delivered, we will process it once again, free of cost.
Will the letter be sent in my handwriting?
Yes. The same letter that you send us a photo of will be sent, replicated on your choice of paper.
Will someone rewrite my letter?
No. Your letter, in your handwriting, will be reprinted on your choice of stationery.
Do you hand-write the address on the envelope?
We print the address on the envelope.
How much does it cost?
Sending letters start at Rs 70 only, including postage by speed post
How quickly do you process the orders?
The letter will be processed and posted within 2 working days.
How much time will it take to reach?
Usually, depending on the address, it can take from 4 to 8 days to get delivered.
Can I post anywhere?
Sorry, right now, we’re only delivering in India. But we hope to start delivering in other countries very soon!
Can I post from anywhere to India?
Yes! From anywhere in the world, or from within India, to any address in India!
